The Penguin decides to become a legitimate businessman, albeit a crooked one. He establishes contact with a former schoolyard bully, who is now successful in business and works out a deal with him. Randy Holmes will act as Penguin''s middleman and Penguin will use his intelligence to manipulate the stock market and rake in the profits.
