We are introduced to MARSHAL LAW, a sanctioned vigilante who hunts superheroes that have gone rogue. He is superhero himself, an ex-army supersoldier who is disillusioned about so called superheroes. He operates in the city of San Futuro, San Francisco after The Big One. He get´s in to trail of a serial killer that murders strippers dressed as world´s most famous female superhero, CELESTE.
