SCATTERBRAIN is superhero noir set in Devil''s Hopyard, a bleak and crime-ridden city that''s seen better days. The hero of the book is not the superhero, Scatterbrain, himself; rather it''s Detective Jack Anderfold, a once-great cop who''s determined to take this new vigilante down in hopes of regaining his former glory.
